Yeah, it's certainly a possibility since there are also two pics which have the title and description "nerd" [link] and in other pics like this one [link] it says "Rina" as the title and description and that would be the model's name.

Your images always provoke emotion; this one is no different. It's interesting to see the reactions to this, isn't it?

You have labelled him "nerd"; rather than a sympathetic, 'wow! What happened to his hair?" or "Did you think perhaps he was ill?" or "I'm sorry his nipples' falling off"... you get, "that's not me."

This is not unlike who I saw in my minds' eye when I wrote the story "It's Love". People were repulsed by the narrator in the story in the same way that people are repulsed that this is observed as 'unattractive'...and yet, I don't know that anyone could deny that this IS exactly that: unattractive. So, we're repulsed by our own shallowness.

There may be hope for us all, yet. And that makes this beautiful.

The only thing I can come up with is that it looks somewhat of that Toby guy that played Spiderman, and in that movie he was a bit nerdy at 1st.

Other than that... I got nothing.
(And I mean facial features, not the body)

Perhaps it doesn't mean that he is "a nerd" but that the model/character/person's name/nickname is simply: "nerd".
